“Covid has had two direct impacts as we see on the consumers, firstly it has emphasized the trend of artisanal, high-quality products on offer with an increased focus on health and products that provide nutrition and secondly, it has accelerated the growth in e-commerce where consumers have started engaging with brands directly,” Kapur commented.
