The 2017 second flush harvest from Darjeeling boasts of intricate notes of muscat grapes in each aromatic sip. This full-bodied tea is rich and aromatic with suggestions of dark chocolate and blackberries, engulfing your taste buds and delivering a long lasting delightful finish.  The liquor is royal amberish in color. An exotic muscatel Darjeeling for every tea lover.

 

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 6 fluid oz with 2 tsp of tea
  • Steep in water
  • Temperature - 194F

EXQUISITE BLACK TEA

DESCRIPTION

Our Assam is an exquisite black tea hand-blended with premium second flush teas sourced from some of the most sought after plantations in Assam. The tea laden with tips has a predominant taste of caramel, berry and honey . The tea holds up well with some milk and honey and is deliciously malty with slight woodiness and  scents of ripe fruit. It is an excellent tea with a rich complex character, for people with discerning tastes. A must try and not to be missed.

ELAICHI CHAI

DESCRIPTION

Our Elaichi Chai is a Third Culture Coffee creation, a recipe that has been handed down in the family and is centered on the purity of flavors, with crushed long cardamoms that are sourced from Kerala - the land of spices and Assam CTC. The smooth, aromatic flavors of cardamom sing in harmony with the malty Assam tea. It will become a well cherished part of your day.

 

BREWING instructions

  • Brew 1 heaped teaspoon of chai in 1/2 cup of boiling water for a few minutes
  • Add 1/2 cup milk and brew on simmer for a few minutes till the color deepens a little more.
  • Best enjoyed with sugar and company of a loved one
